Every unit passes through kilograms
The lists include milligrams, grams, kilograms, metric tonnes, avoirdupois ounces, avoirdupois pounds, and stones. The middle control swaps both units and values.
Each factor k is the mass of one unit in kilograms. For example, one avoirdupois pound is exactly 0.45359237 kg, so the calculation first reaches kilograms and then divides by the target factor.
Conversions for food, luggage, and body mass

Mass, force, and similar-looking ounces
